Client Indemnification

You agree to indemnify dravenothilqs against claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms, excluding our professional negligence or misconduct.

Dispute Resolution Process

Canadian Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Canadian arbitration rules, conducted in Toronto, Ontario.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months, but service continues until the end of the paid period.
